The UAMS Postdoctoral Society continues to promote excellence in UAMS postdoctoral fellows by focusing its efforts to initiate a change in the UAMS culture and recognizing the integral contributions of the many postdoctoral fellows who do not currently hold a permanent full-time faculty position. The UAMS Postdoctoral Society provides an outlet for scholarly networking among peers and a forum for the open exchange of ideas.
